About David Marshall

David Marshall is a writer and journalist based in Skerries, County Dublin, Ireland.

His work explores how people make sense of complex systems, whether those systems are social, technical, cultural, or personal. Areas of interest include governance, public policy, technology, organisational change, music, place, and contemporary experience.

He works and travels regularly in Ireland, England, and France.

Current publishing projects include Marshall on Policy, Essays, The Marshall Review, Walking in Ireland, and Guitar and Ukulele.
